Pick up from the hotel by car or local transport. Visit a local market to buy some ingredients and learn about vegetables and fruits. It is an everyday market. You will get your own station to cook and also learn about herbs and trees in the garden as well. Cook start with a soup ,Padthai, a curry end with a dessert Mango with sticky rice. Making chili paste in a mortar and steam rice. Class will be held by Ann.She loves cooking and can admire to share her technique how to cook and make it in easy way to understand at the end you will forward you an e-book recipe by email or any of ways on your comfortable .You can consult her any time you cook .At home , it is surrounded by natures and local houses , quiet and nice place .You will enjoy your cook and get to know a lot from this class. Loi Krathong Day is considered a festival to ask for forgiveness from the Mae Kongkha who protects rivers and canals. Thai people, especially in northern Thailand, bring krathongs made from banana leaves putting flowers, incense sticks, candles. We will make the Krathong by hand, help each other make an example, then go to worship at Wat Phra Singh to receive holy water from the monks before we go to Wat Phan Tao to light candles to worship the Lord Buddha and float the Krathong in the river. We’ll take you on a tour tonight. Follow the procession ending at the river and hang out together. It is not allowed to release lanterns here. But you will learn and do activities together with local people and it costs less. Follow announcements from the local government. The Songkran Festival is held from April 13 to 15 every year if you want to touch the Songkran water with the people of Chiang Mai. Come spend the night from April 11 to 15, corresponding to the summer season in Thailand, play the water around the moat, usually for 2 days, from April 11 to 12. On other days, participate in ceremonies and learn about this festival , culture in various temples. You can still visit other places as usual. You can expect to see the Phra Singh procession on the 15th at Wat Phra Singh in the morning if you book multiple tours with us. We will be your friends for free today.

Flower and ornamental day, in winter, will be in February according to the local government calendar. There are processions where groups from different neighborhoods will join, bringing flowers to decorate the vehicles. It is very beautiful. You shouldn’t miss it. Flower processions showing various images according to beliefs, religions and cultures are organized in Buak Haad Park and can be seen for at least 3 days. You can walk around and see it at night. 1.We will pick you up from the hotel in the afternoon at 14.00 P.M. First visit the temple wat Phalad is a hidden temple with natures. Then, making an offering call Sankhathan contains of the important things for monk at the temple wat Doi Suthep, see the golden pagoda and the architecture of Lanna Kingdom totally completed, and get some sacred cotton string putting on your wrist from a senior monk

at 17.00 visit the monks ‘s chanting Buddhist mantras called “Tham Wat Yen “praying, is an obligation daily twice a day, in the early morning and evening to show respect to the triple gems, to practice discipline and patience in the spirit of being ordained as a monk. The host will be responsible for lighting candles and incense to worship the Buddha.

Walk beside the main building to see the panoramic view of the city, then walk down the 7 heads staircase and return to the hotel, the offering is on us. We will prepare it for you.

Facts:

The merit making is something like we create a good fortune ,actually in Thai wedding day the newlyweds be invited to light the candles and incense to worship the Buddha and then continue the married and engagement by someone the most respective such as Grandparents or somebody the family highly respect will be invited to witness that the bride and the groom have agreed to live together .the event maybe held at the woman’s house or the male side as agree by both parents

We will prepare a set of offers. here we will give a living life to some animal ,let them free in the Ping River .WE choose this temple because the temple‘s name means happiness and successful and then visit wat Duang Dee is called as temple bring you lucky ,continue temple wat Phrasingh is the temple center for making Songkran ceremony by inviting the Buddha Phrasingh image sitting in his throne before the parade and people throwing water as a kind of washing Buddha is a kind of merit making be held in April 15 of every years .Here is a temple with school and you will learn Thai tradition from here .it takes 4 hrs.
