How are you everyone? We are a couple staying in Chiangmai,northern of Thailand. We offer you these fascinated tour program during your staying in Thailand also the Thai cooking class run by our family with closely. We live in a small village where you can visit us. First is Home Host program visiting (enjoy northern style food) and visit some important places. Here we teach you how to make chili pastes in the mortar , curry , a stir-fried dish, steamed sticky rice and Mango as a dessert.

or you can choose northern local menu like Kaeng Packaged is a Chinese lettuce soup. Kaeng Hang lay is a curry mixed with pork and ginger deep boiled with chili paste.Namprik Ong compound with mince pork stir fried with chili paste and tomatoes, is a kind of paste) we will make not spicy for you. They are many northern cooks we consume (it every day) in daily life. Pls make a request on it for your home host program. We will visit the local market then cook together and lunch . After that show you around the village and you estimate about how do people living in the current day. Start at 8.00-14.00 this program learns and interact with the people.
Second program is Thai cooking class start at 8.00-14.00 /15.00-21.00 ( central Thai style cook ) , this is the main class we do almost every day .The menus of cook is different totally .Tour included transfer you round trip, visiting local market for buying the ingredients, you will learn definitely in the market, cook 4 dishes start with a soup , a curry , Padthai , and dessert with mango and sticky rice also the chili paste , have your own station to cook, recipe sending by the email and E-book . We appreciate talking and can consult us any time it is convenient.
Finally, we are glad to offer these programs to you to be held at our private house with calm warm helpful hands-on with knowledgeable and experiences in this kind of work. At Home there are many important trees and herbs in our garden, and you will learn more about the ingredients as well. Finally, we hope everyone will enjoy cooking.
We also would like to recommend to you our interesting places. We arrange tourist guide who can speak fluency in different languages such as English. Spanish and Francophone with high experiences in theirs works. Our office is here in the beautiful town of Chiangmai. We run mainly tours in privacy.
